SIK-ISEA’s Art Archives and Library contain a unique collection of archive materials, documents and specialist literature on historical and contemporary Swiss art. Here you can find more information on our publicly accessible holdings, on our services and ongoing projects.
Swiss Art Archives
The Swiss Art Archives are available for public use. This unique specialist collection contains letters, photographs, sketch books, diaries, work papers, exhibition records and press clippings associated with Swiss art from the 19th to the 21st century.

SIK-ISEA’s Library, which is available for public use, is a reference library with a focus on Swiss art and art history. It contains around 150,000 volumes. All holdings can be searched via swisscovery.
